Hi there Jedi's! Welcome to YOUR Employee newsletter! This is the first quarter issue of 2023 and we want to share with you the latest company news items, any first quarter updates, ask for your feedback/suggestions for content with future issues and also include any relevant HR information that may be beneficial to you.
Newsletter Objectives
So why are we publishing an employee newsletter? We want YOU to hear from us! We want to hear from YOU! When there is information that impacts you, we want you to get that information directly from us.
Informative! This newsletter and any subsequent issues will keep you up to date on what has been happening, what may be happening, where do you go with a question, is your question HR related? This is a way for us to communicate company wide, across the big blue ocean, to our India and U.S. staff all working under the same company umbrella of being a Jedi.
Feedback! We want to hear from YOU! This newsletter is meant to be a means of two-way communication. After reading the latest copy of the Jedi Times, you can ask questions about any information contained in the newsletter and/or offer suggestions (we encourage you) for future content.
No jacket required! The tone of this newsletter will always be casual. Information will be presented in a clear, concise, easy to read manner. It will always be electronic, so you can read it or revert back to it at your convenience.

Our company President, Sunil Bhatia, accompanied by his wife and our CFO, Aanchal Bhatia, and their sons traveled to our Jaipur office to join in the three-year anniversary celebration of our India office. The Bhatia family enjoyed a tour of our Jaipur office, along with fun times spent on an employee outing and most leisurable (and delicious) staff dinner.

Jedi FAQs'
- We had four (4) new hires that joined NY City projects. Three of the four were hired as subcontractors and Thomas NG joined as a Jedi Ark employee. From all of us at Jedi Ark we say a big hello to Thomas NG!!!
- We are proud to announce that Ravi Kumawat joined our HR/admin team in our Jaipur office. Welcome Ravi.. Glad to have you aboard!!!
- The first quarter brought many new requirements for staffing positions. One of those positions was for a Helpdesk/Level 1 to be done from an offshore location
- An awesome opportunity came our way in the country of Vietnam. More details to follow in next newsletter on the startdate of the confirmed position and selected individual. This opens the door to us for a lot of potential business. The possibility of an offshore office to be opened there is in the talking stages.
- Our India company completed 3 years .
- Our U.S. company completed 2 years .
We have big news coming which will involve both our India and U.S. locations. Growth in both of our company locations has prompted this future announcement! Anyone have any guesses about what it could possibly be??
